I'm Jeff. A husband and dad to four boys — and a senior technical leader. I led Podium's customer-facing products as the company's longest-tenured engineering leader, always reporting to the CTO. I led an organization of 50+ engineers and built the foundational products — Payments, Phones, CRM, Messaging — used by tens of thousands of local businesses. When AI came, it was built on the foundation we laid. Then I helped spin up Podium's enterprise AI business from scratch, where I personally helped book $20M+ in deals in a single year — including one worth $8M. That work now runs at national brands you'd recognize — built hand-in-hand with their executive teams across auto, retail, home services, and hearing care. (Podium's AI got called out by NVIDIA along the way.)
